PRACTICE DAYS AND TIME:
Tuesdays/Thursdays 6:15-7:45pm BHS Wrestling Room
Brush Wrestling Clubs goal is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the mission of providing an opportunity for everyone to wrestle from age 3 to 18. Brush Wrestling Club will teach the youth wrestlers the same high level technique that is used to win CHSAA State Titles and NCAA National Titles. We will strive to ensure that each kid grows a love for the sport and a wealth of technique and strategy that will last a lifetime.
We will have a practice plan for each practice set by the Coaching Director and Head High School Coach Aaron Quinlin.
The practice plan will focus on the 7 basic skills of wrestling: Position, Motion, Level Change, Penetration, Lifting, Back Step and Back Arch and will change week to week depending on what coaches see at the weekend tournaments.
